:Mewtwo's tech animations have normal durations (26 frames in place, 40 frame tech left/right). They are actually very unpredictable, because they are indistinguishable to the human eye in the first ~14 frames. [[User:Kalua|Kalua]] ([[User talk:Kalua|talk]]) 14:43, March 22, 2021 (EDT)
