Melee tournament held by Planet GameCube and Twin Galaxies alongside MLB Slugfest, Super Monkey Ball 3, and Crazy Taxi 3 at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. The preliminaries were a free-for-all, with all characters open, all stages open, and items on. The semi-finals featured the same rules except with three 3-player battles. The winner would move onto the finals.
