Staryu is a Pokémon that comes out of a Poké Ball.
Staryu's attack is similar to the attacks of Starmie. It will fly around the screen to find another character to shoot at. Once it stops moving and targets a character, Staryu will start to use Swift. Any character that makes contact with Swift will take damage. Also, any character that touches Staryu while it's using Swift will take damage also.
Staryu does not harm the summoner.
