No longer active, Neo is legendary for being the most talented player who no longer plays. Neo has spent time in USB, H2YL, and most recently, Team Ben.
Most notably, Neo plays the best Roy in the world. He took this title from Ken by beating him in Roy dittos, claiming the red costume in the process. However, Neo's top tiers are also a force to be reckoned with, posing a threat to the nation's best when he was in his prime.
