Rock Smash is Charizard's Side B attack. Only seen in a screenshot, it appears that Charizard takes a rock and headbutts it. It is speculated that the debris and/or force is what damages opponents.

Origins

Rock Smash is a move in the Pokémon Games. It is an interesting choice for one of Charizard's attacks because aside from usage outside battle, it is basically useless.
