Republic of Fighters 3 is an ongoing Super Smash Bros. Melee national tournament being held in Noisy-le-Grand, France, by Slhoka and the second-largest European tournament of all time behind Epita Smash Arena 2 with 198 entrants. It is a qualifier for the Melee event at MLG Anaheim 2014. It also featured special guest aMSa from Japan, who managed to raise enough funds through Smash World Forums to attend, being the first time a Japanese player attended a major European tournament since Epita Smash Arena 2 in 2008.
