What's the effect?: Luigi gets a Thunder Flower (fan made Mario item) and turns into Thunder Luigi and is able to shoot thunderballs at people. Should Luigi have a new final smash in SSB4? I have an idea for a new one! So ill tell u it now! Final Smash name: Thunder Trap What's the effect?: Luigi gets a Thunder Flower (fan made Mario item) and turns into Thunder Luigi and is able to shoot thunderballs at people.
