:You do make a decent point that it's relatively harmless given how small the amount of smash tour-only characters there are, and I didn't realize there was that nav template. Even in that context, it's entirely possible for some to get a major appearance later on, such as Dixie and Black Knight getting mii costumes in ssb4 dlc and ultimate. I was under the impression that these shouldn't count given that they are essentially just spirits and low-effort to develop, but the small amount is definitely a point in its favor. Considering this is a closed set with only a few pages involved, and doesn't open the floodgates the way "every trophy/sticker/spirit" would, it seems like a harmless and reasonable set of pages to keep.
