==Overview==
Wii Fit Trainer performs a Rowing Squat to grab the opponent with both hands. Wii Fit Trainer's grab is among the fastest in the game, but its general range leaves something to be desired. This is especially true for her dash grab, since the placement of the grabboxes relative to the grab animation often make the grab seem to miss when Wii Fit Trainer is incredibly close to the opponent. Her throws, although not incredible, are nonetheless serviceable, with forward, up, and to a lesser extent down throw all offering combo potential, while forward and back throw are passable kill throws with the help of [[Deep Breathing]].
