:I think the big thing is that Olivia's outfit is black and white while Cordelia's is that pinkish red and white. All of her costumes seem to have more muted colors than the actual Awakening characters (compare the Nowi, Tiki, and Lissa costumes, which I don't think anyone would argue are the actual inspirations), so that's probably what's causing her hair to appear pinker than Cordelia's red.

:Regardless, if you want to push the issue, I recommend you go to the corresponding talk page, as there's not really anything I can do about it singlehandedly. TheNuttyOne 15:01, July 22, 2020 (EDT)

Spiky-eared Pichu
I have major reason to believe that Spiky-eared Pichu is not an important alt in Smash:
#As I mentioned already, there is no Spiky-eared Pichu spirit. Other alternate characters (examples: Alph, Koopalings, gendered characters) and special alternate costumes (examples: Builder/Wedding Mario, Pikachu Libre, Crafted Yoshi) have them, and Spiky-eared Pichu does not.
#:As an aside, in the process of writing this, I found that, even if we do count it as a "special costume", it isn't the only one to not have a spirit.
#Each character uses an alternate coloring/costume for the profile icons in Ultimate; some characters get just the costumes, some characters have just a recolor, some characters have a costume and a recolor of their default, and some characters have their costume and a recolor for both. Pichu's alternate icon is the Team Skull bandana. Sure, given the fact that she has spiky ears that would be unseen in the profile icon (and conveniently, the bandana is one alt before the ears), that may be why that alt wasn't chosen, but that really doesn't change anything, and it's not our job to speculate.
#It wasn't given any publicity. Yes, neither was Crafted Yoshi, but Yoshi seems to notoriously get the short end of the stick for some reason.
It's not a special alt. It's a nice touch that they put in, and it may be special in Pokémon, but it's not special in Smash. :Dude, none of this reasoning makes any sense. You literally proved your own argument incorrect for all but one.
:#Spiky-eared Pichu is not the only "special" alt without a spirit. Therefore, spirits do not determine "special" alts.
:#:I would also like to point out that both of these cases are easily explained: all Pokemon spirits use Pokemon Channel art, which Spiky-eared Pichu does not have (the art we use is from the anime). Similarly, there is no official art of Link in the Tunic of the Wild.
:#Spiky-eared Pichu is not the only "special" alt to not be publicized. Therefore, being publicized does not determine "special" alts.
:#That leaves the absence of a profile icon, but those are equally inconsistent. Notably, Meta Knight is given three icons (which is usually only the case for characters with "special" alts) for his Galacta Knight alt, so if profile icons are indicative of "special" alts, we should add Galacta Knight to Meta Knight's infobox. Yet Dark Meta Knight does not get the same treatment, despite being an equal change to his design. There are also inconsistencies with some "special" alts being given their own second icon for a color swap (both Pokemon Trainers, both Robins, and Bayonetta 2) but others aren't (the Wii Fit Trainers, Wario, and Bayonetta 1). There is clearly little-to-no logic in which alts are given an icon.
:So if these three representations of alts all fail to consistently define "special" alts, it seems that the game itself fails to consistently define this. Therefore, we cannot use the game as a basis. Then it falls on us to create our own definition. I think it's hard to argue with the following:
:#An alt is special if it changes the character's gender. (Pokemon Trainer, Wii Fit Trainer, Robin, Corrin, Byleth, Inkling, and Villager; we can exclude Pikachu's female alt that isn't Libre since it also changes her default color and is clearly a normal alt in every other way)
:#An alt is special if it significantly changes the character's outfit or design in a way that represents their appearance in another media or form, and if the character also possesses "traditional" color-switching alts. (This allows us to count characters like Mario, Link, Bayonetta, and Cloud without also having to count every individual alt of Villager, Inkling, or the Pokemon.)
:#An alt is special if it changes the fighter into a separate character. (Olimar, Bowser Jr., Hero, Pikachu, and, yes, Pichu.)
:As for another potential argument you may think of, the fact that Pikachu and Pichu's names do not change like Alph and the Koopalings is irrelevant because Pikachu Libre and Spiky-eared Pichu are not the characters' actual names. Within their home games, they are consistently referred to as just Pichu or Pikachu, in a spiky-eared or cosplay/libre variant. Also, Hero's name doesn't change, so. We can, however, use this argument for alts like Claus, Dark Link, and Dark Meta Knight, since these characters do have different names which the game does not acknowledge, indicating that the Dark Link alt is just Link in dark colors, Dark Meta Knight is just Meta Knight with a different mask, Claus is just Lucas with hair dye, whatever.
:Bottom line: Spiky-eared Pichu is a unique character. There is no reason she does not deserve the same treatment as Pikachu Libre, Alph, the Koopalings, Meta Ridley, and the Heroes. TheNuttyOne 14:14, August 15, 2020 (EDT)
About your Minor Universe Releases page
So I've asked Miles about your "List of minor universe releases" page, and they have given the okay to merge your page with their "Upcoming appearances" page. Are you willing to go through with this?
