:To answer question number one, yes you change by copying the picture and replace the caption with what you want (No cursing and vandalism please though) Ex. I wrote <nowiki>[[File:Togepi_brawl.jpg|thumb|250px|center|Cute, but deadly.]]</nowiki> and you would write <nowiki>[[File:Togepi_brawl.jpg|thumb|250px|center|What's it up to this time?(By Brawls of fury)]]</nowiki> it would appear as:

To answer question number two, I made pictures randomly appear (Hence the name of the section, Random) so it would be different almost every time.

==Any actual reason you're keeping unused images in a section?==
They're unused because they got replaced by better quality images or are just unused in general. Keeping them on your subpage would imply usage, which would prevent easy deletion.
