As per [[SW:SMASHER]], upon creation, Smasher pages need to have an introduction, infobox, tournaments, and categories, lest it be considered for deletion due to low effort. ::You didn't really "take care of it". A "results" tag is added because of only 1 placement added. Normally if a smasher article is created with only 1 placement, it will still get tagged as speedy deletion. So upon creation there should be a few placements being listed as well.
