Arms Grand Prix Final Battle

So as to not edit war, I want to clarify that while Max Brass and Dr. Coyle Hedlok are both potential final bosses in Grand Prix mode, Max Brass uses the standard Hedlok theme (this one) while Dr. Coyle has a special one (this one). That, and the in-game text also directly describes the Coyle Hedlok battle as "the grand finale", which leads me to believe it's probably referring to that by process of elimination.
