While you are allowed to edit it, your past six edits have been to changing it. It's not a userpage/forum, but it's not mainspace. I suggest you start editing the mainspace more; I'm not sure if you can get put on probation for just editing the wiki status, but just try to edit the mainspace more. ...forcing the status back to -30%? Obviously there's no rule against it but no user can change the amount because as soon as they do you put it back at -30. It makes it hard to be a community thing if one member of the community tries to make sure it's where they want it.
