Please read this policy; if someone reverts you and gives you a reason why your edit should have been undone, don't just revert back without even giving a reason. Bring it up on the talk page. Also, you seem to be giving no explanation whatsoever as to why that inside joke image is any better than the image that actually depicts the person.
