| On your user subpage on Sonic in SSBB, you could've just moved the page through the use of the "Move" tool, which you can access with the downward arrow next to "View History". From there, you can mark the old subpage with <nowiki>{{d}}</nowiki> to let an admin know to delete it. While your method does work, moving pages allows you to access the previous history, which can be useful in some cases.
