I'm always willing to listen to constructive criticism, so feel free to leave input here on how I'm doing on the wiki and how I can improve. I only want to improve as an admin and user.

# I haven't been here long enough to substantially know all of what you've done, so while I wish I could give you some constructive criticism, I have only positive feedback. From what I have seen, you have done a good job moving things that needed to be moved for a long time, and deleting things that needed to be deleted. *A piece of adminship advice: Only take decisive action if there is no reasonable doubt in a situation. Obvious bad faith vandals should be blocked, but if something looks like a well-intentioned but misguided attempt to help, attempt to talk it through with the user in question first. Obvious speedy-deletion candidates should be deleted, but it's okay to leave open a deletion discussion or remove a tag if something is usable or worth keeping. Essentially: use admin powers only when needed. It's something I'm still trying to iron out for myself, but I figured I should share the idea with you as well.
