This catches Panel de Pon being listed as SNES in one version but SFC in another but is the same game nonetheless. This shouldn't be used for The Mysterious Murasame Castle where it is the same *name* but a rerelease/port and I count that as a new game for the template undo

If console is blank or none, it becomes nothing, putting the starting ":" and the next ":" next to each other and creating a double indent. This solves most of the issue but leaves a leading space if set to "none". I wish there was a nicer way of doing all of this undo
