Dirty South Tournament 16 was a Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament held in Montpellier, France, on April 22nd-24th, 2011. It was the sixteenth and final iteration of the Dirty South Tournament series.
Format[edit]
The tournament began with a Swiss Rounds phase, with sets being best of 3. Top 16 advanced to the double-elimination bracket. Starting from the second round, sets were best of 7 unless a player was 2 games up, in which case the set would end immediately in their favor. Winners Finals, Losers Finals and Grand Finals were best of 7 without the aforementioned clause.
