Tooky is a Saudi Arabian player from Riyadh who plays Pac-Man in both Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and is considered the best Pac-Man player in his region for both games. In Ultimate, he was considered the best player in his region pre-pandemic, and is still considered to be one of the region's best players in the current metagame.
