'''Three Cheers for 35 Years!''' was an [[Event Tourney]] based around {{uv|The Legend of Zelda}}, {{uv|Metroid}}, {{uv|Kid Icarus}}, {{uv|Castlevania}} and {{uv|Dragon Quest}} series, all of which commemorated their 35th anniversaries in 2021. It ran from 6 a.m. on May 28, 2021 to 6 a.m. on May 31, 2021 ({{s|wikipedia|UTC}}). During the event, only characters, stages, and items from the five series (except ''Dragon Quest'' for stages and items) could be used.

*Of the playable characters in this event, only Link, Zelda, Samus, Ridley, Pit, Palutena, and Simon also celebrate their 35th anniversaries along with their series.
