In the [[Subspace Emissary]], certain levels with water include a hazard | In the [[Subspace Emissary]], certain levels with water include a hazard called a '''thorn helix''' that bursts out of the water at certain times. These appear as thorned spirals of vine, and will often destroy some of the terrain and deal [[slash]] damage to a player if they are touched. However, they are not enemies, and cannot be destroyed. Because of this, it is unknown whether they serve the [[Subspace Army]] or are just a natural part of the area.
