Before I begin this talk page, I want to say it's my first time creating one, so apologies if there are any issues with it.

Updating Down Throw[edit]

The one listed change for Brawler's down throw reads:

"The move has more knockback scaling (100 → 120), making followups more difficult at mid percents and completely removing them at high ones. The reduced knockback of Helicopter Kick and the removal of Piston Punch also remove the Brawler's infamous down throw KO setups, now making them damage racking combos instead."

While the first part of this statement is true as it's effectively impossible to link another hit out of down throw past 90% on most if not all characters, the part saying that Brawler's infamous down throw KO setups were removed is completely false. Brawler still has some solid kill setups off of down throw, just with some more difficulty than before. Notably, Mii Brawler's down throw can convert into a kill using Helicopter Kick at ledge starting around the 50% mark, and Thrust Uppercut can kill out of down throw, assuming the throw was performed on a platform (It's even possible to get on the ground of some stages, though this is significantly more difficult). With this in mind, I think it would be more appropriate to have the changelog read:

"The move has more knockback scaling (100 → 120), making followups more difficult at mid percents and completely removing them at high ones. The reduced knockback of Helicopter Kick and the replacement of Piston Punch with Thrust Uppercut also make down throw KO setups more difficult."

It may also be worth mentioning that the move is capable of killing at very high percents (around 200%), but as I personally don't know when down throw killed in Smash 4, I'm not too confident.
