There's such a massive amount of different ways of contacting people online that it wouldn't hurt to expand the available options to the editor to include Yahoo Messenger, Skype and even obscure ones like [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miranda_IM Miranda] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paltalk Paltalk]. Just have to make sure that blank variables will not be displayed as a part of the overall template.
