| El Chocolate Diablo first entered and won {{Trn|Tournament Go 5}} in August 2003. The duo continued their tournament winning streak through many [[MLG]] events in 2005 and 2006. Ken and Isai suffered very few set losses, with their first occurring in the grand finals of 2006's {{Trn|Champ Combo: NorCal Edition}} at the hands of {{Sm|Taj}} and {{Sm|Forward}}; El Chocolate Diablo eventually won the reset and the tournament. Ken and Isai also lost to the team of {{Sm|PC Chris}} and {{Sm|Wes}} in winners' finals at {{Trn|MLG New York Opener 2006}}, but they still won both sets of grand finals to win the tournament. {{Trn|Zero Challenge 2}} was one of the few majors in which Ken and Isai did not team with each other; Isai partnered with {{sm|Captain Jack}} and got 1st, while Ken played with {{sm|Rob$}} and finished 7th.

| As time passed, El Chocolate Diablo began to lose their dominance. The team failed to win a tournament for the first time at {{Trn|MLG Chicago 2006}}, losing to {{Sm|Mew2King}} and {{Sm|KoreanDJ}} in winners' semis and {{Sm|Azen}} and {{Sm|Chillin}} in grand finals. They also lost to {{Sm|Mango}} and {{Sm|Lucky}} as well as {{Sm|SilentSpectre}} and {{Sm|Tang}} at {{Trn|Super Champ Combo}} in 2007. El Chocolate Diablo became inactive soon after, with both Ken and Isai choosing to retire from competitive ''Melee'' in late 2007. Ken became active in ''Melee'' again around 2014, and Isai continues to play ''Smash 64''.
