Where did "Ice Blast" come from? Is that the official Player's Guide name? That isn't an actual move, as I recall. --Ycz12 22:59, August 17, 2007 (EDT)

Smokescreen[edit]

Are computer players immune to the effects, as they were with Nightshade in Melee? JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 07:40, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

Sheer Cold[edit]

Sheer Cold is a OHKO in Pokemon. I don't think it's Icy Wind, either, since there's no wind. Can anyone cite a source for the names, or provide a more reasonable alternative? JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 09:45, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

Its certainly not Icy Wind - that was demonstrated by Suicune in Melee. Its not Blizzard, Ice Beam, Aurora Beam, Powder Snow, Avalanche, Ice Ball, Ice Fang, Icicle Spear, or Ice Punch. Although Sheer Cold is a one hit KO, it is the one that looks most similar to what both Togepi and Articuno do (and with Articuno (especially on Jigglypuff at 0%) it can be a OHKO). I think it is the best suited, and we can think of it as a One-Hit-Freeze in the world of brawl. Phayz (talk) 16:55, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

Why can't it be Powder Snow? JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 17:06, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
For that matter, why does it have to be a move at all? Puff Up certainly doesn't exist in the Pokemon world. JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 17:07, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

Anime[edit]

I checked Ho-oh’s anime page and it mentions his anime debut. 174.55.24.64 22:42, July 21, 2020 (EDT)

Yeah, so? Last I checked, non-canon stuff generally does not go on the wiki articles. Someone correct me if I got this wrong. JustSomeCloudMain who ain't interested (talk) 22:55, July 21, 2020 (EDT)

Ho-Oh isn't the only Pokémon who mentions the anime, so it isn't unreasonable to mention it for Togepi either. I've re-added the IP's point with some more details in it. (This is what happens when I step out of my niche and don't think) --CanvasK (talk) 23:01, July 21, 2020 (EDT)
