| I propose that we merge this page with the [[Roy]] article. Mewtwo actually has a file for a victory theme in Brawl, along with a bunch of other data. There's good evidence that he was meant to be in Brawl. This article, however, is based on a single name found on this disc. Why does this get an article, but not Mewtwo?
