I must have tested this for hours, and I could not hear any kind of sound off the power meter charging other than that tenth level. And I even went so far as to turn off the music and use Mewtwo's confusion, still I couldn't hear anything. Can you please show me some proof that the sound plays for the other charge levels as well? I just cannot hear any sound whatsoever. :I'm the one who added that initial tidbit and only just realized I've been incorrect, sorry; only the charge level right before Mac gets a KO Uppercut (Red) plays that distinct sound. I believe we should probably make some changes to highlight that the sounds exist, but are almost impossible to hear except for that 10th charge.
