As I recall, Pokémon Stadium 1 was a Generation I game and therefore could not have Unown, Sudowoodo, or other Gen II Pokés in it. So are these models all from Pokémon Stadium 2, or are some from 1 and some from 2? Did they even make any model changes between the two games? == Memes as trivia ==
This is maybe a rather pedantic point to care about, but in general I had been operating on the principle that memes really are not worth noting unless they make a serious impact beyond the Smash community (e.g. stuff like Falcon Punch). "Legalize Pokefloats" doesn't really seem worth pointing out. EDIT: I previously discussed a similar issue here. :I would say that the Killager thing is widespread enough to mention, this is a bit less so...but still worth it, imo. <span style="font-family:Monotype Corsiva;font-size:12pt"><span style="color:#083;text-shadow:0px 0px 3px #0b7">Serpent</span> <span style="color:#ed0;text-shadow:0px 0px 3px #fd0">King</span></span> 13:26, 8 November 2016 (EST)

Pages for the Poke Float Pokemon
Shouldn’t the 8 Pokémon that appear as stage elements on Poke Floats (Psyduck, Slowpoke, Porygon, Wooper, Sudowoodo, Seel, Lickitung, and Geodude) get their own pages on the wiki? Although they don’t appear from Pokeballs like the other 8 or a fighter like Squirtle, they are moving platforms that make up the stage itself, meaning they are not background characters. The King of Red Lions is a stage element as a platform and is affected by the Stage Hazard Switch, same goes for the Bulborb. Plus you’ll die if you stay on any of them for too long. They count as hazards because of that, not to mention the Hazard switch for the latter two. I can’t see a reason why the Pokémon on Poke Floats wouldn’t be able to receive to receive their own pages. 172.58.174.162 15:21, February 14, 2020 (EST)
:Porygon does have a page already, but I do agree with you. Your points makes sense for why they'd get pages in first places as they are the stage itself. Sudowoodo only has a disambiguation page right now. 66.194.104.5 14:54, February 18, 2020 (EST)
:Bumping this as I feel they should get pages under the reasons stated above. 66.194.104.5 13:58, March 3, 2020 (EST)
::Don't create any pages until more than just two people agree on the matter. Multiple people have to agree with the decision. That aside, I support for the reasons that the original IP stated. If the other floats were to not get pages, then we would have to delete the King of Red Lions. It could be argued that these technically aren't the pokémon, but it's still meant to represent them, making them basically equal. Crazy456Rhino (talk) 09:45, March 6, 2020 (EST)
:::But Mii Costumes get their own pages despite not being the characters themselves and they don’t effect gameplay at all, and after looking into it, it already had a discussion that allowed them to keep their pages. Both King of Red Lions and Bulborb were able to get pages do to effecting gameplay as stage platforms and they also had a discussion on it which allowed them to keep their pages as well as Pauline and the guy on the Bridge of Eldin. And Sudowoodo was the only one from Poké Floats to already have an preexisting page. Are they not “actually” the characters themselves? Neither are Mii Fighters. Do they effect gameplay? They’re the stage itself. Under these circumstances, I don’t see much of an argument against the Poké Float Pokemon getting pages without restarting the discussions of the previously mentioned pages. Bumping this topic. &#32;Wolff (talk) 18:19, July 4, 2021 (EDT)
:Personally I don't see a reason. They're basically glorified platforms (hence "floats") and don't actually represent the Pokémon as a character. As for the King of Red Lions, as far as I know he literally is nothing but a boat for the most of the game, so it does accurately represent the character as it is. The "floats" part of the English name implies that they're not even really the Pokemon themselves anyway, so pages for them seems excessive. :Nope: They're only floats and not the actual Pokémon themselves. Hardly anything is gonna be on those pages. ::Cookies, Miles, and Toad have already given reasons for why this idea is a no-go, so I'm just here to boost the Oppose vote. :::We used to have a Sudowoodo page that was just a character as a float. The page has since turned into a disambiguation. Practically the same reasons as the others. Oppose for me. ::::Really? They are the stage itself, of which I would have assumed it would be enough. Didn't think they would need to animate aside from a moving static model for it to count for a page. &#32;Wolff (talk) 21:24, July 4, 2021 (EDT)
:::::They're not like the Pokeball mons which are the actual Pokemon themselves which move around, attack, etc. These floats are just platforms which, aside from the origin section, will just be everything about them that's already on this page. Nothing but pointless redundant information. <font color="deepskyblue">Omega Toad,</font> <font color="blue">the Toad Warrior.</font> <font color="#7B5BEE">(I'm the best!)</font> 21:29, July 4, 2021 (EDT)
::::No wait. Squirtle's mouth moves, Onix's section spin, Psyduck moves its mouth and legs, Slowpoke's tail uncurls, and Likitung's tongue retracts. Wouldn't that count? I know the other Pokemon that appaer only move placement, but the previous five have additional moment indicating they are more than just floats. Plus the Japanese name says Subspace which could mean anything. &#32;Wolff (talk) 21:29, July 4, 2021 (EDT)
:::::I mean, given the Pokémon universe's technology, it's not impossible to think that the floats are just specially manufactured to animate in a way a real-life float can't (unless we've already reached the point where said technology is actually possible now, but that's beside the point). == Glitch ==
I personally think that there should be a whole article on the all floats glitch because we do have articles of the other glitches MeleeBoi (talk) 23:43, February 17, 2020 (EST)
:Nah. The glitch is too minor to warrant its own page. We only have articles for major glitches like the Master Hand glitch.
