I really don't think we'll be getting any confirmation on the DOJO!! about the names of Pit's other moves.  Not only that, but the Mirror Shield is the official name (per the original Kid Icarus) of one of the three "Legendary Treasures."  Do we ''really'' need an official confirmation on it? ::That's not a good basis, though--and I don't mean that offensively.  Most anyone who has played Kid Icarus could tell you the names of the three Legendary Treasures: the Light Arrow, the Wings of Pegasus, and the Mirror Shield.  True, the names of the arrow and wings have been altered only slightly, but those are likely only to simplify them for those unfamiliar with the Kid Icarus series.  "Palutena Arrow" is likely used because Palutena gives Pit his bow in the SE clips (and to further strengthen the bond as exemplified in SE and his FS); "Wings of Icarus" is probably used just because it's less confusing for people to hear "Icarus" and relate it to Kid Icarus than it would be for them to hear "Pegasus" and wonder what happened.  The best part about the Mirror Shield?  There's honestly no way they could change it without being intentionally arbitrary.  Just my two cents. Ok, I just want to bring up one little argument I got going on with some of my friends and other gamers. They criticize Pit as being to unfair and rigged, that it takes no skill to use him and he is for beginners. They also say that he is a pussy and because he is an Angel, he has no Penis or Balls.. Wtf?! They ask me "Why would an Angel need balls? Even if he had them, they haven't dropped yet". What should I do about this to finally set it straight? -do1bal

In the "Tips and Strategies" Section, there is one tip saying that you could take advantage of Pit's ability to curve his arrow into a complete circle and continuously loop multiple arrows for later use via directing the arrows at opponents. Now, I can loop Pit's arrows maybe once or twice, but come on. Has anybody really been able to pull this technique off?

I only do that in SD because u can have 3 arrow spinning and with'in 3 sec you can kill every one when they let there gard down and thought the arrows were gone, but to keep them spinning is hard u can just let themn fly up and with'in 17 sec you have to drop them back down

Nearly every time I come back on to Pit, there is some new con. People who can't beat Pit have decided to come on here and add bogus cons. I am not a fan of Pit but, I don't want SmashWiki so be based on wrongful cons. If someone can respond to this or has already done something than please tell me.
*The one catching my eye is the lightweight one. But Pit is barely any lighter than Mario. And his [[Falling speed]] is just about equal too. Honestly, it displeases me when people say Pit ''is not'' cheap, unless you can explain how to break through the arrows efficiently enough that he doesn't ram you with the Side B and set you up for being KBed back into distance where he goes back into showering you with arrows. == About Pit being cheap... ==

I'm not too keen on calling characters cheap, and do not believe any character is cheap, but anyone who uses wi-fi knows what most Pit users do, thus, he is referred to as being cheap and annoying, (seriously hearing Pit's Side Special umm sound is rather annoying if heard for the whole 2 minutes). This has led other people to despise Pit. I'm not too big on the move spamming, but what someone posted before (about the rather stupid and inapropriate comment) is a example.

I use pit for over 200 wifi matches and i dont spam and i have never seen some one spam with pit. The most used Moves are kirbys up B Meta Knights B and Zeldas Side b and i see that every time i go on wifi so i think that thos are the only cheep charaters. And if you noticed ever time u beat some one twice inb a row they come in the next match as meta knight have any one els seen that.


You dare insult Pit? Nah, I've seen several not cheap Pits. For one, I'm a Pit user and I use the arrows at the beginning, smash attacks and side a's, and then use the Side B. If the opponet runs away, Pit can shoot him with the arrows.
