The second part really is too wordy, while the first part is just not all that interesting to me. * Palutena, Ridley, the dog from Duck Hunt, Dark Samus, Wii Fit Trainer, and Piranha Plant are the only playable characters in the Super Smash Bros. series that do not have a playable appearance in any other official video game by Nintendo.
Isn't this wrong? Aren't most of the third party characters not playable in official Nintendo games? The only Nintendo game I can think of with those characters is the Super Mario Maker amiibo thing, but Palutena, Duck Hunt, and Wii Fit Trainer are playable in that too.
