:I was basing them off the fact that those Pokemon are legendaries in the ''Pokemon'' games, and I was assuming those legendaries would come out of the Master Ball as well. :::I think we can confirm some Pokémon beyond a speculative hunch, actually. If you slow the footage of Greninja's debut trailer you can see some of the Poké Balls thrown were purple Master Balls and certain Legendary Pokémon were released from them. While I can't provide footage of one coming out of a Master Ball, the tips in the demo clearly state that Goldeen can be in one. It's this good enough proof? I can provide pictures and/or footage of the tip if need be.
