The trivia about Fly being a bad recovery should be removed because it is too subjective. Fly may not be an excellent recovery, but is [[Dark Dive]] any better? The trivia about Fly being a bad recovery should be removed because it is too subjective. Fly may not be an excellent recovery, but is [[Dark Dive]] any better? Dark Dive isn't in the instruction booklet, so bringing that up is pointless. Also, being good for recoveries is a stretch, as this would mean it's above adverage in recovery terms of Charizard. It isn't impossible for these people to make mistakes, as they said Corkscrew was an '''excellent''' recovery, which is false. Also I never said Fly was a good recovery. I said despite what was said in the instruction booklet, Charizard's recovery is poor. :I fail to see how that was needed when you're saying the recovery is poor. The super armour frames lead to Charizard being able to resist edgeguarding attempts that require knocking him further away from the stage. The knockback in the move can knock enemies further away from you.
