In [https://youtu.be/yAQtUbL1TZE?t=46 this YouTube video], you can see that Mii Gunner still has a reflector for Down Special 1. It looks different, but based on how most other Mii moves have the same names, even ones that have tweaked functionality, I'll presume it's still called Echo Reflector and tag this article with Ultimate.
