:Definitely removed. Tested with Greninja's fully charged shuriken, it did 12% on Charizard and other characters. I did notice a fully charged shuriken only did 2% damage if used immediately in front of a fighter, even though it pushed them back and made them flinch. The recent update for Roy, Ryu and Lucas came with some buffs to Charizard.
The down throw is horrendous at knockback ( Doesn't kill until 375%+ ) but now can help Zard's combo ability.
His up throw is now a reliable K.O move, killing every character at 140% and above reliably 
( and kills Jigglypuff at 97% ).

== Charizard's OOS game is better than it says ==

Charizard doesn't have a horrendous out-of-shield game. Grabs and attacks like fly and upsmash often don't work well when he's hit by a somewhat powerful attack because of his incredibly low traction, but his aerials cover that well. Shorthop nair puts a hitbox around him that can block further attacks, shorthop fair can knock opponents away with decent range, and shorthop bair (if the opponent crosses him up or attacks his back) will devastate opponents and is almost safe on shield, even with its endlag (especially now that it's been reduced to a decent level). You can also do rock smash out of shield, and even slide it for more range. I think the paragraph in the introduction should be changed to a lackluster or a mediocre OOS game because of his traction; he will usually be facing the opponent and fair won't always reach, but it's many times better than it say.
