If it's not Celestial Firework, then what is it of? As for what happened, if that's true, it most likely popped up when the user was doing an image search for Celestial Firework and they thought that's what it was. The problem with getting Uprising pics these days is that we literally can't anymore without modding the 3DS in some way, and not many people are willing to do that, so we have to rely on whatever we find online.
