I believe its because it doesn't have any application to gameplay element in the article. I typed one in so I believe I can take off the stub annotation now. ......So I will.

==Reason==
We should have a section on why this happens, like most other glitches. I'm not sure how it happens, but  i think it's because the enemy grabs the ledge on one of the frames that the [[Cape]] hits, so both of them happen at once. Maybe I saw another glitch that lnvolved Mario's cape due to the Youtube video Top 5 Super Smash Bros 4 Glitches. What are the top 5 glitches:
