Vapo is a smasher from Dubai, UAE. He is currently the only notable Toon Link in the UAE. He is ranked 17th on the current United Arab Emirates Power Rankings, due to his relative lack of notable wins, only having beaten Sultoon, and his generally mediocre placements, usually averaging around 1-2 or 2-2. However, he is slowly improving and could soon be a notable threat with a chance of making PR by the end of the year.
