Wrinkly Kong was Cranky Kong's wife. She always offers advice but some of it is vague. She died before the events of Donkey Kong 64, but continues to give advice as a ghost.
In Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Wrinkly Kong appears both as a trophy and as a sticker.

The Sticker can only be used by Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong.
