Polar Bears are enemies that appear on Adventure mode stage 10, Icicle Mountain.
Description
Polar Bears are tall in size and sports a pair of glasses plus pink shorts. The reason they wear pink shorts and sun glasses are unknown as indicated by the Polar Bear trophy.
Function
Polar Bears serve both an an enemy and an obstacle. Polar Bears walk back and forth on the arena. Anyone who comes in contact with one will take a good amount of damage. The amount of damage a character will recieve from a Polar Bear varies on the difficulty that is being used, Polar Bears movement on the stage is similar to the movement of Topis. They will take a few steps then halt for a few seconds and take a few more steps. The tall figure of the Poalr Bears makes it hard to avoid on main platforms. It takes about 4 or 5 hits to KO a Polar Bear. Poalr Bears can be picked up by using the Z button. They can be thrown at other characters for heavy damage and an instant KO of the Polar Bear.
For every KO'd Polar Bear, 800 bonus points will be rewarded.
