He is considered to be one of the best Charizard mains in ''Smash 4'' and won BeSmash 2016 using the character as a solo main. He has defeated players such as {{Sm|AC}}, {{Sm|VaLoR}}, {{Sm|LTL}}, and {{Sm|Master Raven}}.

In ''[[Ultimate]]'', Sharpy was initially a {{SSBU|Pokémon Trainer}} player before switching to {{SSBU|Incineroar}}. He has notably attended various overseas tournaments, taking sets from {{Sm|Nicko}} and {{Sm|Charliedaking}}.
