'''RiVer''' was a Dutch ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]'' player who mained {{SSBU|Sonic}} and {{SSBU|Donkey Kong}}, but could play a variety of other characters. He was formerly ranked as an honorable mention on the [[Dutch Power Rankings]] and has taken sets from {{Sm|Grove}}, {{Sm|Jesse|p=Netherlands}}, {{Sm|WhYYZ}}, {{Sm|Joe|p=Netherlands}}, {{Sm|SKIPPER}}, {{Sm|Paint}}, {{Sm|Mad Ice King}}, and {{Sm|Oración}}. 

Outside of ''Smash'', RiVer also played the fangame ''Super Smash Flash 2'' competitively and was considered one of the fangame's best players prior to his hiatus in 2017.

RiVer passed away in early June of 2020. The {{Trn|Neptune RiVer Tribute}} tournament was made in dedication to him.
