'''Kira''' is an American [[smasher]] who mains {{SSBM|Fox}} and formerly mained {{SSBM|Sheik}}. He was formerly a member of the reputed crew [[SoCal Elite 4]]. Before his retirement from Melee, he was formerly ranked 86th on the [[2016 SSBMRank]] and 14th on the [[NorCal Power Rankings|NorCal Melee Power Rankings]].

His most notable tournament success was at {{Trn|I'm Not Yelling!}}, where in bracket pools he defeated {{Sm|Laudandus}} before losing to {{Sm|Lucky}}, after which he successfully made top 6 after defeating {{Sm|Sherigami}}, {{Sm|HugS}}, {{Sm|Shroomed}}, and {{Sm|KirbyKaze}}, eventually losing 0-3 to {{Sm|Leffen}} to secure 5th place.

He is well known for running a [[YouTube]] channel called [https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC46ZTid4t2ctB6osM0WTiJA SSBM Tutorials], in which he demonstrates and explains the functions of various characters, as well as having guest tutorials from players such as HugS and Lucky. Since 2019, however, due to being busy with other projects as well as having a broken wrist, he has let other guests such as {{Sm|Spark}} and {{Sm|KoDoRiN}} conduct tutorials of their own.
