==Sexual assault allegation and confession==
On July 13th, 2021, after a party weekend at Dart's house, female smasher {{Sm|Loba}} posted a TwitLonger where she accused CruxisPhantom for sexually assaulting her at his house while she was sleeping during a trip around Santiago to Rancagua with him and {{Sm|GuachPerry}}. She mentions that after Phantom confessed to GuachPerry that he tried to assault her, she and GuachPerry left him behind.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sromvf|title=Loba's TwitLonger}}</ref>
