==Sexual assault allegation and confession==
On July 13th of 2021, the fellow female smasher {{Sm|Loba}} posted a twitlonger where she accussed CruxisPhantom from trying to sexual assault her while she was sleeping during a trip around Santiago to Rancagua where she, {{Sm|GuachPerry}} and Phantom were travelling together. She mentions that after Phantom confessed to GuachPerry that she touched Loba, they made their baggages and left him behind.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sromvf}}</ref>

Lately on the same day, Phantom posted a twitlonger telling his side of the story, confessing that he tried to sexual assault her, however he excused that she was being too "lovey-dovey" with him, explaining that she caressed his hair, hugged him constantly or performing some explicit contacts, in order to arouse him sexually.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sromvf}}</ref> This was however debunked by Loba who addressed her being an affective person among her friends.
