==Play style==
As Pikachu, Captain L employs a defensive playstyle where he uses well-placed [[Thunder Jolt]]s to harass and goad opponents into approaching. He has a number of matches go to time, with most of said timeouts resulting in his win. Despite this, he has a top-notch combo game. He has a great deal of consistency with Pikachu's [[up throw]] into [[Thunder]] kill combo. As {{SSBU|Sheik}}, he is known for his technical and combo-heavy playstyle, using a Smashbox controller to showcase a wide variety of combo tools, and [[Needle Storm]] movement and pressure. His Jigglypuff is also known for its surprising combo game and rest reads.
