Because of this, no one would be confused when "Sakurai" makes dumb edits and someone would need to go through a lot of effort to make people thing they are legit (admins could check if they come from a Japanese IP for instance). Also the likely way that someone like Sakurai or Regie would interact with the wiki would be through a legal notice.
