Ness telekinetically swings the opponent in a circle in front of himself, then launches them forward. Its very high base knockback makes it excellent at setting up [[edgeguard]]s however, it also has extremely low knockback scaling, making it incapable of KOing at realistic percents, unless it is used near the horizontal blastzone.
