*{{SSBU|Simon}}, {{SSBU|Richter}}, {{SSBU|Villager}}, and {{SSBU|Isabelle}} are the only characters that wield an explosive object in their special moves (the former two's [[Holy Water]] bottles, though technically not a device, and the [[Lloid]] used in the latter two's respective [[Lloid Rocket|side]] and [[Lloid Trap|down]] specials) to not appear in this tournament.
