Like you said, it looks like a slash similar to Dimensional Cape. Not completely sure. Maybe it could be a slash from another move. To me it looks like an aerial. Dots (talk) The Mushroom 21:02, 13 August 2014 (EDT)

It is most likely Dimensional Cape; compare the blur to these images. I don't think it looks anything like any of his aerials. Scr7(talk · contribs) 19:14, 15 August 2014 (EDT)
